How do I book Studio G?+
Send a WhatsApp message to 0241 461 980, or use the booking page on this site. Tell us the date, the city or venue, and whether you need a livestream, a film, or both. We reply with a plan and a price. The date is held when we both agree in the chat. This website does not take payment.
Where do you work?+
Across Ghana. Say where the venue is when you message. Travel is part of the quote, not a surprise on the day.
Which platforms can you stream to?+
YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and any platform that gives you an RTMP address. We stream to where your audience already is.
Do you record as well as livestream?+
Signal and Broadcast livestreams include a recording of the programme. Pulse can add one. Event films are edited. We only hand over a raw archive if that is what you asked for.
How early should we talk?+
Two weeks is comfortable. Weekends, public holidays and convention dates fill first. If your event is sooner, message anyway — we will say yes or no quickly.
Who handles the sound?+
If the venue has an engineer, we take a clean feed and check it before the programme. If it does not, we bring microphones. A stream with a bad mix is not a finished job.
Can you film and livestream the same event?+
Yes. We plan the cameras so the live show is covered and the edit still has the angles it needs. It is one booking, not two vendors.
How does payment work?+
We confirm the figure on WhatsApp before the date. There is no checkout on this website. Payment details are sent in the chat once the job is agreed.
If the date is real, WhatsApp is the booking desk.
